Kurma
A delicate preparation of yoghurt, cream and spices of producing a very mild but rich creamy texture, a flavour palatable to every kind of constitution.
Madras
This is a popular dish of south Indian origin. A rich hot and sour taste, extensively prepared with garlic, chilli, lemon juice and tomato puree.
Vindaloo
Similar to the Madras, but very hot!
Bhuna
A thoroughly garnished dish with onion, garlic and few selected spices, extensively treated to provide a dish of medium strength, a little condensed, but one of the most tasteful dishes.
Balti
A mouth watering Pakistani dish which is very popular in the south-east region. Cooked with fresh coriander, garlic, chillies, tomatoes & other specially selected herbs and spices to create this delicious dish. Medium to hot taste. Can be cooked to madras or vindaloo strength.
Dupiaza
A dish made with onion and seasoned with dozens of spices to produce a taste that is medium hot. Persian origin.
Dhansak
A beautiful combination of lentils and garlic, producing a sweet and sour taste. Persian origin.
Pathia
A dish which extensively uses garlic, onions, tomato puree, red chillies and black pepper. A sour and hot taste, a good alternative for one who likes Madras or Vindaloo dishes.
Rogan Josh
A dish specially prepared with pimento, garlic and garnished with tomato.
Biryani
A choice from below marinated in spiced cultured yoghurt and cooked in the tandoori, mixed with mildly spiced fried rice and ground, served with vegetable sauce.
